How Do I Get Paid?

See the below-listed steps to process your commission check:

For the first 3 deals, you will have a Mentor; you will see the deduction, which will be 30% of the total amount of commission.
You are responsible to upload all transaction documents in our system, the first deal you can use form simplicity (please ask your mentor to guide you) after the first closing you will need to request access to Dot Loop to upload the executed contract, addendum(s), exclusive right of sales listing agreement, HOA community disclosure(s), ALTA settlement and the new sales contract cover sheet.

New Sales contract cover sheet must be completely filled out with all the information that we need, please let us know if you have a transaction coordinator? Do you have a mentor? Is this a Chime lead? Is this a company listing? Mentoring fee? Is your client a Florida Heroes individual (you must include proof of that). If you have a referral, please attach their brokerage company W9 form completed/signed by them.
The compliance fee: the agent must disclose and collect $335.00 for the transaction fee/compliance fee, or if the agent does not collect, agent will be charged full $335 if not collected.
The payment will be processed and provided to you either by regular check via mail or direct deposit per your request. Please see the Direct Deposit form included in your folder; complete, sign, and return the form to Accounting prior at your earliest convenience, or prior to your closing. Agents can be paid at closing, a DA form (Commission Disbursement Authorization form) needs to be requested from me/Accounting via email, for Title Company 24hrs in advance.
Please Note: commission checks received after 2:30 PM will be processed for the following business day; checks must be received before 2:30 PM for same-day processing.
You can request a reimbursement of your initial deposit of $185.00 after your first closing.
After 3 closings, agents can request reimbursement via stripe of the license course, please include a copy of the receipt with your request.
After 3 closings with our company, agents can charge a $1,000.00 flat fee on a personal deal.
